If changes made on a Sketch file are not displayed when you "Preview in Browser", perform a hard refresh:

Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.

Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.

Or, hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

1. Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.

If a hard refresh does not work, clear your project's cache information and generate another preview/sync <br>
