Anima offers 3 tiers of plans: Free, Basic, and Pro

You can subscribe to these plans in 2 ways: Annually or Monthly

Anyone can change their subscription and/or plan at any time by going to their

Team Workspace > Settings > Plan

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Switch to a Monthly Subscription

If you have purchased an Annual subscription but wish to have a monthly subscription, you can change it in your Team Settings:

  1. Open the team in the Anima WebApp
  2. Click the Settings ( ... ) in the top right of the page
  3. Click the Plan tab
  4. Click the Change button next to Billing Cycle
  5. Select Switch to Monthly
  6. Anima will charge you the monthly cost of your plan at your next monthly billing date

❗️NOTE: Our payment provider will automatically place the difference in cost from the annual subscription to the monthly subscription into your customer balance. This means your next invoices will be paid out of the balance until it runs out before extracting another payment.

You can always get your customer balance refunded instead by contacting Support@animaapp.com
