Crisp is a messaging software tool that can be used to automate customer interactions and improve customer service on your website. This article will show you how to add the chatbox to your website built with Anima.

Step 1: Create a Crisp account

First, you'll need to create a Crisp account here.

After creating your account, you'll see your Crisp dashboard and the features included with your account. Select "Install the chatbox on your website"

Step 2: Copy the HTML code from Crisp.im for the chatbox

Step 3: Decide where you want the chatbox to live

You can choose to put your chatbox on a selected artboard/frame or the entire website.

For example, if you only want the chatbot on the Checkout screen, then select the Checkout artboard and paste in "Selected Artboards"

If you want to have the chatbot throughout the website, you can paste into "Website"

Here's How:

For Sketch

In the Anima plugin, select Prototype > Smart Layers > Embed Code. This pop-up will appear:

Select where you want the chatbox to appear on the design, paste the HTML code, and save.

For Figma

Open the Anima plugin and select Embed code. Paste the HTML code in the desired area and click save.

For XD

Open the Anima plugin and select Embed code. Paste the HTML code in the desired area and click save.

Step 3: Preview in Browser and Sync to project!

After saving, select the artboard and click Preview in Browser. Sync the design to a project and, voila! Your Crisp chatbox is added to your website.
