Infrastructure Security

Hosting

  • Encryption-at-rest

  • All Customer Data is stored on AWS S3 on encrypted using AES-256 Server-Side Encryption with Amazon S3-Managed Keys (SSE-S3)

Database

  • We use MongoDB with encryption-at-rest using the industry-standard AES-256 algorithm.

  • SSL is used for all for network communication with the database.

API Access

  • All communication to our API is secured by TLS 1.2 or better.

Private cloud

  • Dedicated clouds are available on the Enterprise plan

Access Control

Each project access is limited to users which are explicitly assigned access.

Advanced access control

  • The enterprise plan allows higher access control by having multiple teams, each team is a controlled group that has access to specific projects.

Anima Providers

All of Anima data storage takes place in the US.

Data Access

R&D teams and Support teams are based in Europe and Israel.

AI Models & Data Training Policy

AnimaApp will not train or fine-tune our models using customer code without explicit permission from the code owner. Full terms of service are available here.

Data Removal Requests
