If you are logged in to Anima Playground and want to delete your Anima account, first switch to the old Anima dashboard. Account deletion is managed from My Account in old Anima.
Delete your Anima account
In Anima Playground, open the left sidebar and click Switch to old Anima.
In the old Anima dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner, then click My Account.
Scroll to the bottom of the account page and click Delete account.
Confirm the deletion checkboxes to complete the account deletion.
Important: account deletion is permanent. Your account data, Playground sessions, files, and related work may be permanently removed and cannot be recovered, so export or save anything important before deleting.
If you cannot log in to your account, contact support from the chat or email privacy@animaapp.com to request account or personal data removal.
